Once upon a time , on a farm in Northern Wisconsin , I was out in the heart of a field instal a new electrical fencing line when I earn that I was short of one necessary tool . Given the quantity of tools and supply I had with me — most everything one could desire forfence installation and repair — it seemed impossible that I could have overlooked anything . Do n’t go cutting down that worthful young walnut tree , for example , and verify that vine is n’t poison common ivy before you deplume it down .
