When you first arrive at the house ofCurtis Steiner , you ’re not exactly sure you ’ve found the right address . His storybook habitation sits off the main street , and the entryway is only approachable from a small alley that is not expectant enough for cars . But once you get to the marvelous front logic gate , you are immersed in a purely magical garden haven filled with whimsy and plant of every conceivable shape and colour . A history of connecting with nature
In his articleHow to Design a Serene and Immersive Garden Oasis , Curtis gave some background about how he was ab initio prick by the gardening bug : “ I was sorely shy as a tike , often take up refuge in the forested greenbelt contiguous to our suburban backyard .
