I ’m not certain how I feel about this slight terrace at theCross Estate Gardensin Bernardsville , New Jersey . I care the globe / band theme , but perhaps they should have embraced it a little more whole - heartedly and put another globe - shaped bush in the central grass . Or maybe a massive fountain of miscanthus , perhaps ‘ forenoon Light ’ ( Miscanthus sinensis‘Morning Light ’ , USDA Hardiness Zones 5 - 9 ) to create a stronger focal breaker point . What do you call back ?
